Jamie Moralee - Managing Director

Jamie Moralee was a professional footballer with a career spanning fourteen years and taking him to clubs such as Crystal Palace, Millwall, Watford, Crewe, Colchester United and Barry Town.

From his experience in the game he realised there was a need for a company offering specialist advice from someone who had first hand experience of the highs and lows of the game and life after it.

Jamie has now formed the companies New Era Global Sports Management, New Era Overseas and New Era Wealth Management and specialises in assisting his clients to achieve their maximum potential into their sporting careers and their financial affairs.

Pete Smith - Director / Player Agent Licensed by FA

Pete was a former professional footballer spending 6 years at Brighton Football Club before playing semi-pro for Woking, Grays Athletic and Canvey Island.

Whilst working for the Professional Football Association, Pete gained experience in all aspects of the football industry. With a wealth of football experience behind him he was in a position to specialise in the commercial arena, representing players in all aspects of their football careers both on and off the pitch. In 2008, Pete was reunited with one of his former football team mates Jamie Moralee, which resulted in the forming of New Era Global Sports.

James Lippett - Player Agent Licensed by FA

James has a wealth of commercial and negotiating experience. Before joining New Era GSM James was Head of Sales and Key Accounts at Cantor Spreadfair.

James prides himself on his professionalism and now manages and advises a growing list of New Era GSM clients.

Marcus Campbell - Player Agent Licensed by FA

Marcus Campbell is well versed and experienced in the field of sports development; having graduated in Sports Management, progressing to a consultation and facilitation role for sport in Wandsworth, and coaching youths football in America. He is a fully licensed FA agent, with over two years direct experience.

Max Ferdinand - Player Liaison

Max joined New Era Global Sports as Player Liaison Officer to be on hand to help out with any of the day-to-day requirements of our clients.

Subsequently Max has expanded his role to encompass commercial activities into his liaison role.

Olly Morency - Youth Football Liaison

Olly has over four years direct experience as a player liaison for clients within the top tiers of English football. He has co-ordinated agents from across Europe and developed successful player recruitment solutions in leading football markets.

Olly specialises in emerging talent identification and works closely with our younger players. He has passed a full CRB check, and has qualifications in child protection - safeguarding children, age appropriate coaching, first-aid for sport, and player & match analysis via the English Football Association.

Brett Chandler - Office Manager

Brett has 12 years experience in Sales. Before joining New Era GSM Brett was an Account Manager in the Telecommunications industry working for the top two recruitment agencies in the UK.

Brett is totally committed to delivering a professional service to all New Era Global Sports Management clients.

Richard Dunn - Financial Controller

Richards main duties are to manage all of our client’s property portfolios efficiently. In addition, to provide our clients with up-to-date and comprehensive information in relation to their tenants and properties, practical advice and effective support and also comment on the on-going performance of their property portfolios to ensure they can achieve their full potential.

For the last 20 years Richard was responsible for managing residential and commercial properties in various London Boroughs and also in the City of London

Paul Emblem - Football Consultant

Paul has a background in football, playing for Charlton, Brighton and Wycombe before retiring due to injury. He brings to New Era and our clients a vast amount of league and non-league experience.

John Mears - Football Consultant

After playing for Dartford and Swanley during the 1970’s and also representing England, John went on to manage at semi-pro level for a number of years.

Jeff MacLean - Football Consultant

Jeff emigrated to the UK at the age of sixteen from Canada to pursue a career in professional football. Previous clubs include: Manchester Utd, Bolton Wanderers, Queen of the South, Yeovil Town and Barry Town. Jeff then moved to Spain, where he played as a semi – professional for three years. Jeff also brings with him a qualified and experienced background in fitness, personal training and coaching.

Stephen Whelan - Football Consultant

Stephen made his Irish league debut at the age of fifteen, making over two hundred and fifty appearances for a number of clubs including Portadown, Glenavon, Newry Town, Carrick Rangers and Ballymena Utd, gaining experience in the UEFA cup and Cup Winners Cup. More recently he has been working as a scout for Colchester United, and for the senior and youth divisions of the Northern Ireland Football Team.
